    This evening at about 10:15 PM I visited Sweet Fire Donnas with my son and I was very disappointed in my experience at their restaurant. I enjoyed my old fashioned from the bar with the very nice bartender but the guy, whose name I now know as Jad behind the register taking orders was unpleasant when I told him that my nachos were cold. He said that after he put the coleslaw and BBQ Sauce on the nachos then they would not be hot. I explained that the cheese was cold and the cheese underneath was cold. He then told me that the cheese was not cold it was warm. I asked him to touch it, but the cheese was cold and he walked away. The conversation ended. I was upset because he did not even offer to resolve the issue or make me another entree of nachos, not to mention I have been coming here for years and I have had great customer service in the past. Also my Mac and cheese was horrible and not hot either. Now about 30 minutes after I left, I received a phone call from Jad on my cell phone based on the email that I sent to their leadership team. Jad said he did not appreciate my email and that it was my fault that I came into the restaurant so late to get quality food because I came at 10 PM and they close at 12. Then he proceeded to yell at me saying he was doing the best that he can trying to get everything done knowing that he has to leave and catch the metro and I don't know what he goes through. I explained to him that his transportation is irrelevant to me getting cold food and not trying to resolve it. That the restaurant is open until 12 and he continued yelling at me yo the point that I had to hang up on him. I was appalled. Also he called back a second time and left me a mean voice-mail about my son leaving his Gatorade bottle and saying some more stuff. I would like you guys to hear it. This was totally unprofessional. Thus business should not be in business and look at how their managers harass customers.
