            CAUTION CONSUMERS!!! I deposited $5000 to Federa account in order to participate in an online property auction. After the unsuccessful bidding, I initiated a withdrawal to have my money back. However, after more than a month later, my money is still "in process". I followed up a few times via online message portal, they just said oh it takes 2-14 business days, and then ghosted on me. I tried calling the customer service phone number, after extended wait, no one ever answers the phone. Be careful, DO NOT DEPOSIT your money into their account, you may not get it back or it takes forever!!! They try to make everything harder or impossible when disbursing funds back. They have too many dirty tricks

Our team takes customer satisfaction seriously, and we strive to address concerns promptly. Upon reviewing your case, we found that your transfer request was initiated on January 6, 2024. Our standard processing time is outlined in our terms and conditions, which are agreed upon when signing up for our services. While our typical processing time varies depending on different financial institutions and standard reviewing processes, on some occasions, it may take up to 30 days. We want to assure you that we've been in constant communication with you via email, providing updates throughout the process. We noted that you only called once on February 7th, 2024, and we returned the call promptly, albeit after a brief delay due to our call center being busy attending other callers. Unfortunately, an error arose during the transfer process, necessitating the expedited refund which was completed on February 7th. You also received a refund receipt (#3900-0598) confirming the transaction. Please know that your satisfaction is our top priority, and we're committed to improving our processes to better serve you in the future. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, and we appreciate your understanding.
