***************************** Acct number: ******* live in that apartment for a year, when they just opened. I never miss any payment. My moving day was 6/1/2021. I hire a moving company they have to provide they insurance to the managers of the apartment and get approved by them before coming to check they insurance. They approve them they come that day didnt do a good job they couldnt take the sectional sofa out of the apartment they scratch the wall of the door of my apartment. I call *** the maintenance guy of the building and manager to see the mover what they did and to call they insurance he said not to worry they covered they have they insurance but for me to contact they insurance as well because they started damaging my sofa. I started recording videos and taking pictures. Then ***** call *** to ask to broke down my sofa that I bought 3000$ because is taking to long and not to disturb neighbors. They cut my sofa in the middle. Totally lost a brand new sectional sofa. After I move ***** send me an email saying that I owe them 1565$ for damages and late hours moving charging every min 50$ . I call her and I said that I dont owe them anything they have the mover insurance and she cut ask to cut my 3000$ sofa why will I have to pay 1565$??? She said then they will put it on my credit! They call blowing my emails calls then on August I see that they put on all 3 credit bureau. I call credit bureau Submit a dispute. They never remove it. Its hurting me so badly I cant not have any approval from any apartment because of that. My lease is almost up I cant got any apartment because they think I owe them rent thats they reposted which is not true my rent was 1780$ . I always pay my rent on time . Even where I live as we speak. I have proof that I never miss rent . I dont know where to go in July my rent is up the townhouse Im renting as *** sold my landlord is very nice hes ready to give me a good review wherever I move to but I cant find any place because of that .
