I ordered the Richard Pryor collection, but I'm a truck driver and when I got home from my 8 week run, I tried to play the disc's but no joy! I thought my DVD player had died, so I tried 3 other ones (a friends laptop, a DVD viewer, and one newly purchased from Best Buy that I made them show me worked), but they all said no disc inserted. When I tried to exchange them I was told that there was a 30 day return policy and there was NO EXCEPTIONS! I feel this should have been explicitly mentioned in the commercial and not left for the consumer to find in the fine print. I will NEVER purchase another item from what I had considered a reputable company with many years of good customer service.Review from Kevin G

Time life was highly thought of in my youth. Those days have come and gone. They made me feel like I was in the middle of a TV show and in the middle of a bad drug deal. Shady. Dont bring your business here. Just watch it on youtube. A 150.00 purchase made me cancel my cards and end all future autopay. Yes. Its that bad.Review from Jun Y

I bought Loretta Lynn's "All Time Gospel Favorites" CD published by Time Life, with the understanding that the album contains 20 songs. The CD I received has only 10 songs. It turns out their are two different Loretta Lynn albums, with the same title, the same cover photo, yet one contains 20 songs while the other has only 10. There is no way to tell them apart (websites do not provide photos of the back of cd case, where songs are listed). The intention here obviously is to mislead a consumer into mistaking the 10 song version for the 20 song one. And I am not the only one who fell for it. Someone on Amazon did the same thing.Review from kathy k

Do not buy anything from Time Life. Price they advertised on TV is not the real price you will pay. Employees are rude and as soon as the customer ask a question they refused to answer the question and will talk over you. I'll give my business to a company that will treat their customers with respect, which Time Life employees do not do. This company is rated at 0 out of 5 in my opinion.Review from Tracy W

I ordered The Soul of Midnight music collection for my mother for her 73rd birthday. She saw it on TV on a commercial and loved it because it had all the music from her era. I received the CD collection and I paid $130 for it. I gave it to her for her birthday however, when she went to play it it would not play. None of the CDs would play. We tried multiple CD players and even in the car. We realized that they were DVDs and not CDs. We try to play them on a DVD player and they still will not play. They are defective. Time life would not give me back my money or even an exchange. This is unsatisfactory service. For DVDs that do not work. They say that I am over my 30 day grace period however I paid $130 for DVDs that do not work. They were unwilling to least give me an exchange.
