              We paid Olympic ************ to install a 15ft round pool. *** came weeks later started digging for 10minutes and wanted his $800. Then he said there's some bedrock and for him to return he wants another $1500-$5000. We told ********** then suggested another $800 and we agreed. Anyway he dug it, and they installed the above ground pool. But, they left the yard witha ripped down fence, grass all ripped up, and a huge bank of dirt and stone in the middle of the yard plus they never even filled in around the pool. It's over 4 feet in the ground. Yard is trashed beyond recognition. For them to come back and fix the yard they dug up, they want a few thousand dollars more. Please help.

              I purchased a pool from Olympic pools. After the pool was set up I noticed the color of the wall was not correct. I immediately contacted Olympic and after many back and forth calls with Olympic I was told to contact the manufacturer of the wall. They also were no help and wanted no responsibility for it. I was told from Olympic that they would give me a new wall that I would have to replace. I stressed to them that I would then be double the price for the pool having to be done twice. Again stressing to them this is not my fault. I also asked if I could just get a refund for the wall only at the price I paid. I was told no as the person laughed on the phone saying no way. I reached back out to the manufacturer pleading with them and they also said there is nothing they could do this is a done deal. All of the conversations both parties were blaming each other. Both Olympic and the wall manufacturer agreed there was a color issue but again they won’t do anything about it. Lesson learned do your research and go with a company that stands behind the product they sell. I will not recommend Olympic Pools.
