I had a terrific experience with Joseph's Affordable Plumbing & Heating. I had the pleasure of having Alex and Nick at my rental property to instal a new hot water and cold water valve beneath the kitchen sink. It wasn't easy co-ordinating this on account of I had to satisfy THREE schedules: the condo's management office, the plumber, and myself. Most plumbers I spoke to gave me a time frame of two to four hours for their arrival time. This isn't conducive when I'm working with the management office of a condominium association to have their maintenance team turn off my building's main water valve in order for the plumber to properly perform his job. After explaining my predicament to Joseph, he gave me a half-time time frame for the arrival of his team. I was very grateful to Joseph for being able to accommodate both my schedule, as well as the condominium association, who had to turn off the water for the whole building. Furthermore, I was very pleased after meeting Joseph's team (Alex and Nick) on account of both men were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I was so pleased with Joseph's team that I've hired them for another job I have this week at my primary residence. Thank you very much, Joseph!
