the Corporate Billing Department keeps trying to earn some extra money despite me already fully paying my copay. This has not happened once, or twice, but I just received a FIFTH notice of failure to pay. These are three different instances for different dates. What’s weird is that they will send me a bill for a “missed payment” that happened two months ago. The bill shows all my copays having a balance of $0.00. Then in the middle of the bill it shows I owe $5.00 for an appointment. Then it keeps showing 12 or so appointments paid in full with a $0.00 balance. For some reason the corporate loves the $5 amount, each of these three different cases has me owing them five dollars. I last visted them in February. I got charged $25 for my service. I go and then I get an additional $35 from them for the visit months later. I emailed them my statement and they said I had some dry needling done. I WASN'T CHARGED IT AT CHECKOUT. They later added that in and I had to go to my PT office location and turns out I did owe the $35. I would have believed them sooner and saved the travel, however this business kept sending me statements for stuff I already paid for. So two months after paying the one correct bill what I owed (even though they somehow didn't add it to my charge at checkout), I get ANOTHER statement from them saying I owe them $5. I had it with this business and will choose another more trustworthy one. It is a shame since I like my therapist but the corporate billing division is wacky. BTW, I am in Atlanta and am talking about the review of the PO Box I have to sent my money in on their statements. PO Box 824291. Oh and BTW: This most recent statement says I owe $5, yet all the dates they gave me say the patience balance is "$0.00". So where is the $5 you say I owe? I paid all my crap. A pain in the ass!
