              Avoid this company. Very unprofessional and dishonest. Worker painted the garage doors shut and they were damaged when we tried to open the doors. Several thousand dollars worth of damage resulted. Owner tried to gaslight us by saying that the damage to the garage doors were pre-existing and that their superb painting job just revealed it, even after we saw the damage occurring with our own eyes. The workers also damaged a landscape light while positioning ladders and denied it. Fortunately, our Ring camera caught the workers trying to hide the damage. I would not recommend nor trust this company for anything. See photos of damage on Google reviews or Yelp.

              We at Mondo Improvements aim to achieve 100% client satisfaction whenever possible. We also very much value our employees and insist that they be treated with respect and dignity at all times. In this particular and unique situation, these 2 goals were in conflict. We are actively working towards a reasonable resolution with this particular customer to the extent that one is possible. We encourage any prospective customers to rely on other reviews that accurately reflect how we have operated our business for the past 30+ years.

              The owner, Greg M******, was out of the country during work on the project. He claims that the homeowner was disrespectful to crew based on the words of a crew that caused extensive damage and tried to cover it up and lied about it.

              You were aware I was going to be out of the country while your work was being completed -which is why I walked my foreman through the work prior to leaving. My crews do not have a history of being dishonest people. I will not reply to further comments.
