Stay clear of this company. It is had enough when you have to borrow money in this manner. They mislead you and during the funding call the terms are not what the signed contract states. Seems illegal to me. Just be wary and listen to what you agree to on the call. Do not fall for their tricks.

Mr. Dreyfuss, We value our customers' experience greatly and have built our process around it. We do not list the payoff amount on our contracts due to the frequency we collect payments. The contracts would need to be redone with each payment collected as the balance is changing. To prioritize a smooth funding process and minimize the likelihood of outdated information being included on the contract, we do not list the payoff amount. Our legal team has drafted the contract in accordance with the law. In order to satisfy any concerns about the payoff balance and net funding amount, we always provide our customers with a funding call prior to sending any money to make sure that the terms of the contract and flow of funds matches the expectations of the customer. This company has multiple locations. They are an extreme predatory lender. The sales people are kind and have all the right answers. They pressure you into rushing to sign once you sign the nice people go away and new people come in. There are so many layers and people emailing you they keep you confused. If you have a revenue change and contact them they will take days to respond. The one way to get their immediate attention is to stop payments. We had to stop payments to make payroll. When their collection person contacted us he was rude and aggressive. I was in the ER with Covid same week. I explained this to the collections guy and he said “you have till today at 4pm. The next day we sent what we needed but it was too late they had filed suit in NY And NC. My company was served ad well as me personally at my home. We contacted Kalamatas negotiating attorney and worked out a deal to get back on track. Three days later my client gets a lein from Kalamata ( A form they sent knowing we had made a deal). Our client decided they couldn’t work us until this is resolved so just like that 70 people unemployed. This company will hit you with penalties and fees so you never get off their hamster wheel. They are know by the lawyers who fight them as one of the most aggressive predator lenders out there and attack companies where other lenders work with companies. It is important that small businesses trying to survive understand that these guys are not here to help. They are here to take until you are bankrupt. Ask my 70 people who are Jobless today.
