            I purchased a pair of accordion bellows straps on June 22 for a price of $24.30 under the proviso that if they did not fit, I should return them and get my money back. They did not fit, and I returned them immediately in perfect condition. Since then, after repeated unanswered phone messages, I finally called the cell phone number of the person, Frank B****, who made the deal with me. During that call, he acknowledged receipt of the straps and said that he would immediately reimburse me their cost minus postage (I would receive a little over $18.00) or he would send me another pair that would fit. I have received neither at this point Sept 18. Again, I have left messages on the company phone and have not received a reply. I want my money back. Sorry to take this measure of contacting Better Business, but I am really frustrated.
