              Fannie claimed that they cannot give my home a valuation because my home is in a FEMA disaster/ environmental hazard. Upon calling FEMA, I learned that this information is not correct. I requested the information from Fannie Mae regarding this information from FEMA. ****** from Fannie Mae is refusing to provide the letter stating that she doesn't have to provide it. I was told to follow up with my servicer *** ****** who is telling me to follow up with Fannie Mae. I paid 23% of my Mortgage and they're refusing to remove my PMI because they do not want me paying my own Taxes. I am asking for a copy of the FEMA letter.

              I requested to have my PMI removed and formally submitted a PMI removal request through the servicer. When I called the servicer they told me that I should call Fannie Mae directly. I connected with an individual at Fannie Mae who was extremely rude and I as asked if I can have information as to why my request was denied she hung up on me. I called back and they said they don't have a formal way to submit a complaint. Which is what bring me here to the BBB site.
