      not happy with my orders this is not the items i placed orders for and my credit card was over charged. never again i will order again from this company.

We are showing the first order submitted on 3/17/24 was through our online St. Patrick’s Day special sale pricing. You had ordered a 1-month supply of the Berberine GlucoGOLD and a 3 -month supply of the Vision Essentials Gold as one-time orders. We show another online order submitted on 3/23/24 through our March Madness sale for a 6-month supply of the Berberine GlucoGOLD at 55% off, agreeing to the Refill & Save auto shipment program of a new supply being shipped every 180-days. We are showing that you had called on 3/18/24, 3/22/24, and on 3/23/24 requesting for orders to be placed with new sales that you had seen online. We explained any online sale would need to be placed through the website link provided for any new order being submitted. We also explained that we would not be able to use any new promotion codes on past orders already submitted. We then show that you called back on 3/29/24 to cancel the Refill & Save auto shipment membership, which we processed. On any of the calls that you placed with us did you notify us of receiving incorrect product from what you ordered. We did not overcharge your card as the orders were submitted online by yourself with the special sales that you logged in for. Any of the products that you are not happy with may be returned for a full refund. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.       I have tried several times just to cancel my subscription order or what ever they are calling it I was told I would have to call and never got an answer then I was told to email and never got a reply. I just wish to cancel the order I was also charged 117.00 and 56 dollars for something I don’t even understand. And why the lady say it was cancelled and I just received a email saying my order has been shipped ??????

      This company is a Disgrace!! They send me 3-4 mailings every week!! It's insane! I've called them twice about this issue and they still keep Harassing me with mailings! I called them again today and she put me on hold for several minutes and did't get back to me. I called again and requested to speak to a supervisor and she wanted to put me on hold. Basically they keep giving me the run around and won't stop the constant mailings! Dr Sinatra would be so Ashamed of what this company has become!

      I placed an order for a product consisting of three bottles, each containing 30 capsules. However, I received just one bottle containing 90 capsules. This is not the item I originally ordered, and the change was made without informing me. To make matters worse, I've been informed that I must bear the cost of returning the incorrect item, which is entirely their mistake. When I contacted customer service, they indicated that they frequently receive calls with similar complaints. It appears that the company may have some significant issues that require attention and resolution.

      Purchased a trial bottle for $5 of berberine. Several days later they shipped me another bottle for a full value of $59 which I never asked for because I never subscribed for a repeat order. When I tried to talk to them, the agent never even let me finish my sentence and kept yelling over me. On top of the fact, that this is a fraudulent company, their "customer service" is a joke when they hire scum who would yell at the customer. So, customer beware.

      Never finished the trial bottle but they are already sending me a new one for a full price of $59. I never signed up for repeat shipments. When I tried to discuss it with the company the agent was so obnoxious that he kept yelling over me never allowing me to finish the sentence. So beware.

      I tried a trial and did not like the product. In the meantime they’ve been trying to charge my card $57. Thank goodness I have it locked. So I went to my online account to cancel and there is absolutely no subscription or order to cancel. So I emailed customer service to cancel and haven’t received a reply. This feels very fraudulent. They are trying to charge me for an order that doesn’t exist and won’t reply. Sounds like maybe I need to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.

      The last time I ordered, I specifically asked that I not be put on the automatic send "Refill and save" program. However, yesterday I saw that my visa card was being charged for another order despite the fact that I hadn't ordered. I have not noticed any particular benefit from taking this product and and had decided not to order it anymore. How can this company receive an A+ from the Better Business Bureau when all of the reviews are so bad? I cannot trust the BBB anymore since they keep giving A+ ratings to so many companies whose customers are not satisfied?

      After being a customer for over 20 years I began experiencing problems with delivery of ordered products. For orders on the Refill and Save program I receive product at my shipping address if it is shipped via FedEx. Unfortunately, for product shipped via the US Postal Service or DHL, the product is dropped at the local US Postal Service. Since my shipping address is different than my home address the product is returned to Healthy Directions and then reshipped and returned multiple times. I thought the issue was resolved last week (everything reordered with a promised to ship it FedEx and paid for overnight shipping) only to receive an email last night (5 days later) that the order was placed on hold. After contacting the customer service agent again, I was told that they didn't offer overnight shipping, although the agent could see where it was selected (?). I asked that the order be shipped via the fastest way possible via FedEx but was told they couldn't guarantee it would be shipped via FedEx (back in the same loop even though they do ship, at times, via FedEx). The agent volunteered to cancel all of my orders, which wasn't the solution I was requesting or found helpful. I asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold for 45 minutes when the agent told me the supervisor was busy and would call me in a few hours. That time has come and gone and still no call back. Very frustrating!
