This job started in June 2021 and as of 1-24-22 not completed. Forced us to buy materials and do work ourselves. We had to pick up and deliver our own materials. Contractors still not paid completely. He forged our signatures on insurance checks that we never laid eyes on. We intend to bring charges against Shubert thru our insurance company. Waiting on documentation from insurance company. Used substandard contractor that walked out and would not complete their work in fear of not getting paid. Contractor would not give us a receipt for payment in cash that we made to them for labor and walked out in fear of Shubert not paying the bill. Bottom line Shubert Undercut his estimate big and expected us to front the difference or stop the work that was in progress. That is exactly what he did. He extorted us, tried to muscle us in fear of the job not getting done, and forged our signatures on insurance checks we never saw. A total sham and a dishonest business.
