I purchased a bed from Zask International Medical Supply on 10/5/2020 in the amount of $5619.38. It broke on 8/28/2021 (side railing fell off). I called to see if a representative from the company could come out to repair the side railing, but unfortunately no one did causing me to be without a bed for several months. Per the manufacturer's guidance, I ordered additional parts for the bed. It was only after the maintenance staff from my building re-assembled the bed was I able to use it. I submitted a letter to the company in January 2022 requesting to be compensated for $2000 for the time spent without a bed, however Zask denied my request and stated the next step was to proceed with court. Throughout the duration of my request the bed was covered within the warranty. It had not even been a year yet. Zask refused to comply with the terms and conditions of the contract. I am not pleased with the service I received from this company. I was without a bed for several months and no one from the company attempted to assist me or reimburse me for time lost. I am an elderly, paralyzed woman who was inconvenienced and feel discriminated against because of my disability. All I wanted was my bed to be repaired initially and when that didn't happen to be compensated for the loss of time. My experience with Zask International Medical Supply was terrible and I would not recommend them at all. Thank you.
