5 stars 11/28/2023 Prevalent Exteriors, Inc did minor repairs, but very important repair( fixed Leak from broken roof vent collar ) for our Town home. Prior to come to our home Salvatore emailed us the copy of his Maryland MHIC License . Salvatore came to the house and didn't waste our time, he just fixed our roof and fixed it quickly !! We are going to hire him for Full Roof Replacement next spring. Highly recommended Roofer.Review from Jane K

Prevalent Exteriors, Inc., did some repair work on our roof recently. Everything from beginning to end was excellent. Prevalent Exteriors is a company that goes over and beyond your expectations which is a rare thing these days. Sal and his team are extremely professional and do excellent work - our roof is beautiful and we cannot say enough about this company - highly recommend!!!Review from BRIAN W.

Salvatore and his crew at Prevalent Exteriors replaced the siding, windows, and front door on my house. They gave a fair and honest written estimate that covered the removal of the old siding. windows and door, and the installation. They cleaned up after every day's work, and kept me posted on the progress. Their work was professional, on time, and they did not come to me with invented or inflated costs after they started the project. I would recommend Prevalent Exteriors as an example of hard working, honest craftsmen who do beautiful work. Prevalent Exteriors cost a little bit more, but Salvatore is honest and he does excellent work. Money spent with him and his crew is an investment that you will not regret. I have had experience with shoddy over-priced contractors who abandon the job leaving a half-completed mess that costs more than if I hired the right people in the first place. I strongly recommend Salvatore and Prevalent Exteriors for your next Exterior Contracting job.Review from Jon M

Prevalent Exteriors has always been amazing to work with. Sal is always thorough, accurate in his estimates, prompt with repairs and timelines, and the quality of his work is unparalleled. Have used them multiple times over the last 10 or so years, always with the same results. Highly recommended.
