            I had a new HVAC unit installed by Engel in Feb of 2019. When I started using the A/C the following summer the humidity levels were excessively high, 50-60% when they should be around 35-40%. Needless to say it was and still is very uncomfortable. I called them to look into the problem and they came out, charged the system and told me that the problem should be solved. The humidity levels remained high. The manufacturers warranty should've covered everything against defects but other than charging the system and telling me that 50-60% humidity levels were normal, they did nothing. The following summer (2020) the problem persisted but due to covid I wasn't comfortable getting service and there was still a year left on the warranty. Last winter they came out with a manufacturer rep after I contacted the manufacturer (*****) to complain. The manufacturer rep also told me that 50-60% humidity was normal. This is simply not the case and despite multiple requests n I've gotten no satisfactio
