Took advantage of an elderly customer. My 92 year old Mom had a drip in her faucet in the kitchen. When the "plumber" went to her home, he wasn't intending to do the work. He was there to upsell her. By the time he walked through the house, he came up with over $4500 of repairs. It scared her because he said there was mold and leaking water under the sinks. There probably was, but it wasn't a big job. Her caregiver texted me because she was concerned. When I called him and told him that she couldn't afford the repairs, he said it was too late and that she had signed the paperwork. I asked if he could just do part of it until she could afford to have all of it done. He obviously could tell that she wasn't exactly all there (she isn't bad, but she has limitations) because he asked her caregiver if she could sign the paperwork. The work consisted of a new faucet, shut off valves under 6 sinks and some hoses. Not only did he get her payment, 100%, before he left, but he had her sign paperwork saying that all of the work was done to her satisfaction. This would be illegal - the plumber who did the work was just starting it. He was nice enough. Unbelievable - Adam really ripped her off. I have submitted the work completed to another plumber to see what she should have been charged. All she wanted was a leaking faucet fixed.

A quick response from the technician for a leaky bathroom faucet; upon arrival tech noted valves and faucet would need to be replaced, estimate $600. Office then sent over the contract with a total cost of $1879. I then declined the service but the tech had shut off the water & cut the water line so the bathroom was without water. I still refused to continue with the service and the tech yelled and cussed, extremely unprofessional and outrageous pricing. Hired a recommended plumber who resolved the issues for $300.
