This company deliverer were rude, didn't speak English much and were very rough. They ripped the tags right off the couch and left them there on the floor for me to picj up. Im recovering from surgery and cant do that but they didnt care.They not only all that they delivered the wrong couch and refused to do anything about it.... When I called Ashley's about it (apparently Ashelys use this company to deliver items) they asked did they take couch back and I said no they refused.... So now I have to wait 7 to 10 business days for their customer service to get back to me. Not only is the couch severely uncomfortable (as it's not the one I ordered) it's also too short on the legs... My legs hang off. I have to be penalized for them delivering the wrong couch......Review from Jennifer S

This place doesn’t deserve any stars. We purchased a queen bed and mattress for our daughter in Spring 2023. The delivery was a nightmare. She didn’t want the headboard because of the size of it. It was confirmed in the store that the bed could be put together without it. So the delivery people showed up to put it together. Needless to say they left with the bed because they said they needed the headboard. So after a few phone calls and days. Another delivery was scheduled, it was confirmed again by a manager that it was able to be put together without the headboard. However, once again they wouldn’t put it together and they argued with me about needing the headboard . So they left again with the bed on their truck. I should have just left it go but my 14 year old daughter was upset and also sleeping on a mattress on her floor. So after more phones calls and aggravation the came back a third time and actually put it together.. I guess they just throw it together any way because 2 of her 4 drawers don’t work properly. One is really hard to pull open and one won’t stay shut. I felt we deserved some kind of compensation because of all the headaches and issues. So I called and spoke to a couple different managers. Both told me that they would get back to me. After a couple weeks of not hearing from them. We submitted a chargeback with the credit card company. We won the chargeback. Today about 5 months later, I get a phone call they are coming to get my daughters bed because we won the chargeback and they didn’t get any money for it. So we have a date scheduled for pickup and we will be going elsewhere to purchase my daughter a new bed. I will never walk back into another regency furniture.Review from Humaira I

Terrible Experience with Regency store in Manassas Virginia. I must say that my experience with this store has been nothing short of a nightmare. November 8th, 2023, I made a purchase of Bedroom set from this store, However, the excitement quickly turned to disappointment very next day. Because of bad reviews of product I went back to store very next day to cancel my order I was shocked by service department how Regency’s store could allow such an unpleasant and unprofessional customer service. This woman in service department told me that she would not return product But it gets worse they cancel delivery but wouldn’t return my money – trying to rectify the situation has been an absolute ordeal. I've been trying to communicate with their customer service in this store as well as with the store manager for three days now, and I've made countless calls and sent numerous emails. Yet, the response from store management has been utterly inadequate. It's as if they don't care about their customers or the quality of their products. Their lack of urgency and responsibility is infuriating. I understand that issues can arise from time to time, but the complete lack of effort on their part to rectify this situation is inexcusable. My advice to anyone considering shopping at Regency’s store in Manassas city VA is to think twice. If something goes wrong with your purchase, don't expect any help or resolution from their customer service. This has been a disheartening and infuriating experience, and I wouldn't wish it upon anyone. I hope this review serves as a warning for others and that Regency a long, hard look at their customer service and quality control processes.Review from Denina M

My worst experience ever. They sold me defective furniture and refuse to fix it or refund my money. They use discriminative practices that are not legal. They bully you into keeping their furniture and with hold information. What I purchased and what they delivered was not the same. I plan on taking them to court!Review from Rita H

Regency is a big rip off. Do not I repeat do not purchase anything from them. I spent over 6 thousand dollars and they won't refund my money. They told me everything I order was in stock after they swipe my debt card nothings was in stock. They pulled it from other stores. They lied they gave me what they wanted me to have not what I actually purchased. I brought all the warranty for my furniture now I gotta wait 30 days before they will consider looking into my concerns. I'm disabled and elderly and they seen me coming and took full advantage of me. THEY WILL ANSWER TO MY GOD,!Review from Sara J

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. I purchased a couch and an ottoman through Ashleys and was more than happy with their customer service. Now come to delivery. The delivery is coming through Regency Furniture for a date and time tomorrow that I can't make it. I called them and asked to push out my delivery date for 2 days and they told me to do that they have to cancel my order which can take up to 72 hours and then reschedule it for a later date that THEY CHOOSE. No flexibility. Also, they said that I would be charged a SECOND delivery fee even though they never delivered the first one.Review from Bryan M

No stars! Their customer service is garbage. We have spent thousands of dollars with this company and they won’t help us. We recently purchased a mattress and a bedroom set. The mattress is so uncomfortable that we had to switch back to the mattress we have had for years. They will never get another dime from us again!Review from Ethan W

Regency Furniture was having an 85% off weekend sale. We went in and saw a Whirlpool WRB322DMBM01 refrigerator that they claimed was originally $5320 and was being sold "as-is" for $998 as part off their discount sales. If you look on Whirlpool's website, the MSRP for this fridge is $1799.00. So Regency Furniture is straight up lying and claiming their stock costs 3x the actual manufacturers recommended price so they can scam you in to thinking you're getting a huge discount. This is manipulative, dishonest, and straight up fraudulent IMHO. I have taken pictures as evidence if the BBB wants it.Review from RJD S

Excellent products and efficient service. I bought a dining set for my kitchen and I was able to purchase and arrange delivery in 20 mins. Ask for Olawole A***** my very helpful and knowledgeable sales agent. I am expecting part of my order on Friday and the remaining 2 chairs in a few weeks. Regency Furniture has a very crooked and dishonest way of doing business. First of all they attempt to sell you furniture which they know is not in stock and tell you it will be in within eight weeks. Unfortunately, after you purchase it is when they tell you it's three or four months. If you attempt to send anything back they charge you another fee for picking up and then fabricates some superficial damage while cooperate refuses to accept the furniture back or refund your money. Do yourself a big favor, do not shop here!!!
