I moved from Philadelphia in August of 2022. I was a member for over a year and would visit the gym 5 times a week. Before I left in the month of August I asked the manager in the morning (older white male) could he cancel my membership. He was not competent with the technology and ask me to come back during the day when someone else was there. I went back and spoke to a black manager who told me he removed my card from the account so it would not auto charge me next month and I can continue to use my membership to the end of the month. I checked my card today and see I was charged 2 charges from fitness 19 for 20.00 and 29.00 which has been going on the last 5 months. I called today and spoke to the manager ****** who was rude and told me her and her husband *** wouldn't tell staff to do that and I need to write a letter to cancel my contract. They are charging me for a membership and also charging and extra 29.00 for no reason and I never agreed to give them a free 29.00 or have I signed any contract for them to take those funds from my account. When I tried to resolve peacefully and asked for a refund and to make sure I'm not charged again she told me to write a letter and we will go from there. I would like to refunded for every charge from the company from September 20222 until current
