* Hired Flood Doctor on 9/16/2021 for flood remediation.* They did an initial assessment and installed mitigation equipment.* I asked for additional followup assessments and equipment on numerous occasions.* Flood Doctor staff did not show up to at least 4 scheduled follow up appointments and never conducted a thorough follow up assessment.* These missed appointments and failure to conduct a thorough follow up assessment caused additional damage to the house, including the growth of mold in affected areas.* Flood Doctor issued an invoice on 10/11/2021 for the charges they perceive to be correct * Flood Doctor has been contacted numerous times by myself and my insurance company, ********, to obtain an explanation of the charges on the invoice. They have yet to respond to these inquiries. * On 11/9/2021 I received a notice of intent to file a mechanics lien from a 3rd party collections agency on behalf of Flood Doctor. * Myself and ******** have made numerous attempts to contact Flood Doctor since the receipt of the notice of intent and Flood Doctor has not returned any calls or emails.* I am attempting to resolve this with Flood Doctor with the assistance of my insurance company, but Flood Doctor is refusing to have any contact about the matter. * I don't believe all of the charges on the invoice are appropriate and we are simply looking for an explanation so we can process the invoice.
