Signed a contract to have 1/2 of my gate replaced on 2/21/22. As of today, 4/6/22, the gate is still not fixed. When the project began a little over a week after signing the contact, the replacement gate was erected incorrectly - there was a gap between the gates and had to use a chain to keep the gate closed because the pole installed to hold the new gate was placed in the ground in the wrong place. 3 weeks and numerous calls to the company they finally came out and repositioned the pole telling me that the concrete had to set for 24 to 48 hours - this was on a Friday. I had to purchase orange barrier gate in order to allow my dogs to be let out. They arrived late Monday afternoon and the pole was placed in the wrong location as the gates overlapped. Was informed that they would be back the next day to correct the problem. 2 days later and they have yet to show up. Contacted the company to speak to the owner regarding this. Have yet to hear from hear. I would definitely not recommend this company to do any work. Each time a different crew came out. It seems noone knows what is going on. If I could rate this company 0 stars I would.

Paramount Fencing & owner Robert LaPlante was at my door within hours of my call on a Sunday to measure for quote. They were great through the install process. Less than 6 months after install, I contacted them as I had two issues that fell to them (post leaning dramatically and I had never been able to open one of my gates as it didn’t clear the cylinder in the ground that that it locked into). I sent ~4-5 emails over two or three months and they never replied until some random guy rang my doorbell and said he was here to fix it, which he did. A few months later, strong winds came through and ripped my gate off the hinge destroying the gate. I emailed Robert immediately with photos and he replied saying he didn’t get the photos so I resent and he never replied to me. I have called and emailed with no response. One of my neighbors knew this and was also looking for a quote and told Paramount that they needed to reply to me about my gate. Unfortunately, for the neighbor and for me, they never replied to me so the neighbor did not proceed because Paramount’s customer service after the sale is atrocious. They claimed to the neighbor that they spoke to me about the gate not being covered under warranty being wind damage, however they never spoke to me and I never once implied that I expected this to be covered under warranty. If they did speak to me, I would have paid to fix. They might be great upfront but won’t come through for you if any needs after install. It’s 8 months after gate was destroyed and I had a contractor here tonight to give me a quote on fixing the gate as my hope that Paramount had some integrity to take care of customers has finally waned,? disappointing.
