Well I have heard it all and I'm not surprised. I applied for four jobs on their website one day last week. The first red flag was when their virtual interviewer stated that I could not be scheduled for a high paying job which I had applied for. So I continued to apply and schedule appointments with the virtual interviewer for the three other jobs. This week when the first interview day came, they kept spamming my email inbox and text message, two hours in advance to be prepared for the interview time. I was supposed to have a telephone interview and they were supposed to call me. Well, I was logged into my Randstad account and ready to talk at the interview time 2pm, however, no one called. I waited around and about ten minutes after my interview time, I received an email stating: "The Administrative Coordinator position you are scheduled to interview for on December 20, 2021 at 02:15 PM Eastern Time is no longer available. To be respectful of your time we are cancelling your interview." That same day, I received an email confirmation for another job I applied for. They gave me an option to cancel or reschedule and I canceled right away. However, I had one more job interview scheduled and the next day I started receiving spam email and text messages about the interview appointment coming up. I received the spam all the way up to two hours prior to the interview time. However, at the interview time, once again I was logged in and ready to interview and no one ever called. As a matter of fact, I never, even got the courtesy to receive a late cancellation email this time. I did some research on the company and realized I was not in good company with these people. Owned by Millionaire tycoon Frits G************, considering this organization as racist would be an understatement. They also own Monster and several other subsidiaries that I will try my best to stay far away from. I am an African woman, and because I have a design and bartending background, my picture is on my resume. It was not hard for them to disrespectfully discriminate against me. I tried to deactivate my Randstad and Monster account, however, the site has no such features. Something fishy about this company and how they handle client information.
