            We signed a contract first week of November, 2021 for installation of home lift in our home in Williamsburg VA. I have medical issues and found that this lift would be a life changer for me. As soon as I sent signed contract and 50% deposit (cashed check attached) we heard nothing from them. We called and emailed but it was as if we were being ghosted. When my husband finally got through to Corporate headquarters this morning he was told that the representative that we had been working with was no longer with the company. We were given a new representative and number but when we got in touch he said he has nothing to do with previous contracts. The check I sent was cashed by the previous representative, Chase H*** of Stiltz of VA LLC. If we hadn't called and gotten through to someone at Corporate would someone have gotten in touch with us. I think not. Why wouldn't the company have gotten in touch with me concerning this change in representatives? I no longer want to deal with this company and want my deposit refunded ASAP.
