              Hello, this Dermintologist company I have been going to is claiming that I have a past due bill of $68.00 from 8/11/22 and claiming that I am 91-120 days past due. This loan was paid for in FULL with my September statement. I have tried calling them twice, but no avail from their billing department. The time that they did call, back, they didn't even listen to my detailed message or say that it was resolved because it wasn't resolved. All my loans are paid on time all the time! They are NEVER behind. If anyhting ahead. My account number with them is ****** for their records. Please tell them that this bill has been paid for and I am NOT past due. I have attached the screenshots for record from ******** and their own online portal showing that I do not have anything past due for them and all caught up. I'd like to receive a call back from them any time before 12:30 Monday - Thursday or 11:30 on Friday's. I even said that in the voice mail to them first time they called and what do they do? They called me during work, when I gave them specific times to call me before. I am extremely frustrated and they lost a customer for them. I will not be doing business with them in the future. Attached are all my shots for proof of payment.
