Well, my experience with this dental service was absolutely horrendous. Do not trust the 5* reviews, they ask you to leave a review! I called them to make an appointment and I asked the price to make sure there will not be any surprise fee. I showed up at 8am on May 26th, finally filling the forms and waiting for the doctor in my emergency tooth pain condition, the doctor showed up at 8;30am.  So, if you have emergency condition, this office is NOT FOR YOU! You gotta wait until the doctor shows up! Red flags:1. There is not any private room, 3 different dentist approached me and checked my teeth! Everybody is walking and you see/hear it, it distracts you a lot. Imagine, you are in pain and people are playing around you and try to sell you either you need cleaning root canal or crown. I said I need only simple tooth extraction, it is not surgical or wisdom! Another Asian guy showed up "hey crown is cheaper here, $1400. Later I realized this is higher price than the regular dental office"2. Crappy customer service, I said I will pay with credit card not insurance, the lady in the front desk said "I am happy to add discount for paying in the same day', in the form it says if you pay the bill in the same day, there is % discount3. Before pulling out of tooth, they literally forced me to pay the bill and then we will pull out. I was just shocked why they treat people like this. Another case, the price for a regular tooth extraction with taxes - $489?! I said on the phone the price was different, they did not care!  I was in pain, I did not have option to refuse it, I paid it unwillingly, but I know they push people and take the advantage. Other dental office charges around $300, honestly I chose this office due to their fake 5 star reviews! I hope the management will read my review and adjust the payment. You can't fool the people. I was there on May 26th at 8am.
