            I placed an order for contacts with the company on 5/6/23 (Order #********). After depleting the contact supply I had on hand, I opened the contacts I recently received from WebEyeCare. I noticed they sent me the incorrect contacts on 5/23/23 and contacted their customer support to have the contacts replaced. They would not replace the product they sent me in error until they received the incorrect product back to them. I shipped the contacts back to them via *** on 5/26/23 and their customer support confirmed they received them on 5/30/23. It is now 6/8/23 and I still have not received the correct contacts back from WebEyeCare. I have attempted contacting their customer service twice (6/5/23 and 6/8/23) and they have not responded. In the meantime, I ran out of my supply of contacts and I had to purchase contacts from another company.

            Horrible experience. I am out roughly $200. I just got off the phone with my Doctor's office and confirmed that the prescription for my right of total 30 was for a base of 8.6 and the left for a base of 8.4. Webeyecare is telling me that total 30 eye contacts are not made with a 8.6 base at all and that is incorrect. They filled it and now I can not see out of the right eye the way they sent it. I am at a loss totally. My money was taken and I do not have a contact that I can see out of without feeling dizzy. This could cause me to fall. The doctor's office confirmed Total 30 absolutely comes in 8.6 base because they order them all the time. Andy and Mark and Webeyecare only wanted to blame the doctor and tell me the opposite of what the doctor's office is stating. TOTAL DISAPPOINT. I DO NOT RECOMMEND using this company.

            Hi Chrystal, We do apologize for any inconvenience, however, the contact lens in question is only made in the BC 8.4 as per the manufacturer's website. We did also confirm with Sabrina at your doctor's office that the original prescription showing an 8.6 base curve was a clerical error. They informed us an updated Rx was available for you reflecting that. If you'd like to return the product, you may do so with the return form that was emailed to you today.
