This business called me to discuss an outstanding balance. The collector was well beyond rude. The lady asked me for information to confirm who I was, but I confirmed my name on the call (she called me). I asked the lady to let me know who sent me to collections (to my knowledge, all my bills were current). She would not provide that information to me. She then hung up the phone after saying "Fine, keep your debt in collections." Now, I did call the company back and talked to another collector and she was nicer then the first person. I would say, if you are a business, think twice before using them!!!!

The representative from Suburban Credit Corporation that spoke with me had no information about the bill that they were trying to collect which is now 7 months old. I told the representative that I never heard of the creditor and that I had never received a bill from the creditor. Furthermore, my medical insurance company has never sent an EOB to me regarding the service that the creditor allegedly provided me. I asked the representative from Suburban Credit Corporation if they could send me a copy of the bill and they said that they have no information about the service that was being billed for and therefore could not send me any information. Consequently, I have no bill and no name for the person who allegedly provided the service to me. Incidentally, I am being treated for Stage 3 rectal cancer and I have paid dozens of bills over the past 24 months and I have never encountered anything like this. I am under enough stress without people threatening me for not paying a bill for a service allegedly provided to me in December 2020 for which I have NEVER received a bill. And, there is nothing I can do about this!!!
