      I got a text message I owed a bill for $41.13. I have never received a bill. They claim it’s from the Baptist Hospital in San Antonio but could not provide any details or what it was for… claiming Hippa laws. I explained I am disputing and the lady hung up on me.       My friend worked there and because she asked for her seat to be moved away from another employee they fired her needless to say the manager Chris and employee Michelle have relations outside of work and I feel my friend was done completely dirty mind you their still using her name to collect money off the consumers and she hasn’t gotten any of her bonuses from them they made her sign a paper but wouldn’t tell her exactly what she did wrong and the manager thought it was funny this business is disgusting and far from professional

      I owe no one but my mortgage but I guess these scam artists pay for cell number lists and have resorted to texting people that they owe fake overdue accounts. If I get another one, it'll be an FTC report next time because I owe no one to the point of collections. I pay my bills on time.

      I have been receiving voice mail and text messages for over a month now for a woman that clearly does not have my number. Be careful because this company sent enough information within said text message that her identity could be easily stolen. Because they failed to confirm the person they are trying to contact is the person they are looking for.

      This company text my phone number with someone else's personal information. I now have this lady's Full name and address along with her account number for the bill that she owes. That's not right. No company should send all of your personal information to you on a text message, so things like this couldn't happen if you got the wrong number. Companies like this is the reason why identity theft is so common today. You guys need to do better.

      Nobody likes dealing with debt collectors, but I have to say I really appreciated the courteous and respectful way in which they managed my account. Shoutout to Shantel in particular; I made my final payment today.

      Highly unprofessional try to speak him about my sons account and the lady hangs up on me several times. Then my husband calls she hangs up on him so I called the company they said my five-year-old autistic son owed money to they said it was on their consumers part is that my son doesn’t know any bill the company they got the bill from never billed the insurance agency. Your company needs to do better on professionalism because if I report this to the Better Business Bureau trust me you’ll be in trouble I screen record all my calls. Next time you’re speaking with a parent have some more courtesy. And please don’t leave under my review your laws I heard them several times when I got hung up on for asking for information on my sons account and telling you I had no idea what they were for so I did my investigating and found out you and your company you called for are at fault not me or my 5 year old autistic son. Have some more compassion for a concerned parent. My suggestion to other concerned parents Just find out the company you “owe” money to and deal with them trust me they’re nicer than these people.

      Have been working for this company for about 7 years now. Wonderful experiences. I’ve had the opportunity to work in almost every department, learning something new everyday. I am now the Supervisor of Consumer Resolution and Support Services and it has been great. Our staff is wonderful, very helpful, and caring for others. Also, we have great job opportunities ??
