I had Essis & Sons install my carpet & wood floors 5 years ago. They did a great job and treated me well. I recently had to go back to get some more work done. I walked in and the sales rep Dave asked if he could help me. I explained that I had been working with Will and Joe. Jose saw me, and also saw customers that he knew well, and then told Dave to take care of me while Joe went and helped the customers he knew better. I told Dave that I had slipped down the carpet stairs a few times and so did my brother. I am looking to remove the carpet from the stairs. Dave literally laughed at me and said " Well, do you think will be better with wood on there? Do you know how expense it is to do that". He then went to go find my files. He said " We probably don't even have any of the same products anymore because it was 5 years ago. He found my folder. I had told him I will come back when Will is working. I came back in and Will told me he would come out to measure my house again, since the second floor measurements or layout was never taken. It should have been in my file. The top floor was. Will came out and measured. He said he would get back to me with an estimate. Called Will multiple times since then, he has not returned my calls. I will be going with a different company from now on.
