Please be beware of this company. I used their move in special deal back in 2017 and was happy with their service for Mounting the tv in my new house. We recently upgraded the tv size and I reached out back to these folks for a return business. They came at my house replaced the tv and connected the HDMI wire to the splitter. The installer rushed the service without testing all the HDMI signals. They said if it was working before with the splitter it would work now also, I trusted them and paid them. When we stated watching the TV the only thing that would work is the streaming service from Samsung, so I called Samsung and they suggested not to use splitter. I got in touch with this guy and told him Samsungs recommendation, also mentioned that his team did not test all the connections and I went with their recommendation of not changing anything. I requested if they could come back and take tv Down to run the HDMI’s back from the tv. And this guy constantly argued and mentioned that this will be additional $100. This guy is very rude and the team takes every opportunity to charge additional money from you even though it’s something that they did not comply with in the first place. I was painfully on my own able to run the 2 additional HDMI cables myself. I would warn to do your research and look for someone better than this company.
