- I requested basement solutions (or Basement911) to come to my house for seeping through my cinderblock wall.- basement solutions came to my house on Jan 8th, 2022 and told me the waterproofing system that was already must be replaced. -work executed by basement solutions Jan 24th - Jan 26th. (replacing the entire waterproof system, installing pins in walls to prevent any type of "bowing" of the walls.- I paid after completion - A week later, Water was still seeping through the cinderblock walls in my basement - called Basement Solutions on Feb 3rd and they informed me they would call be back (no one did) - called Feb 4th (multiple numbers/people). The owner agreed to come to my property and evaluate Monday Feb 7th. - The owner never showed up Feb 7th. I called again and he agreed to come Feb 9th. - Feb 9th the owner (Scott) came and told me that due to the amount of water they use during the installation of the waterproof system, the basement was just very humid. I needed to give it a few weeks to see the water table go down. - April 20th I called again to inform Basement S that I waited more than 2 months and there is still no improvement. They took my information and said someone would call me back. - April 22 I called again because no one called me back. The owner agreed to come to my house the evening of April 26th to evaluate since rain was in the forecast. - April 26 - no one showed up to my house. I called and the owner said he was with another customer. At that point I told him I wanted a refund and started documentation of interactions through email. - April 27th Owner asked for another chance to make situation right. - May 4th Owner suggests spraying walls with coating. I again question why full system replaced if spraying walls a solution. Scott agreed to look at cost of work vs cost of coating and provide me numbers by 5/11 - No numbers provided as of 5/17
