              5 Months ago I brought a brand new car in to buy all season tires to replace summer season tires. My tires had about 2000 miles. When the tires were removed one of my tires split along the edge. I was told this was a tire defect and that the tire shop would help me with a warranty request through their tire distributer. I have been calling the manager, Chris, for 5 months to get a status update. He never has an answer and he says he will call me back. He has never called me back with any update. I want the business to complete this action so I can use the summer tires this summer. 5 months with no answers is not acceptable.

              I am only writing this review so that it doesn't happen to anyone else. Hogan and Sons replaced my brakes, rotors and replaced two tires. I drove my car for a weekend and had to return it for the tires to be balanced. it wasn't riding right. They said the tires were out of balance, so they balanced them. This was a Tuesday. I didn't drive my car on Wednesday. On Friday, three of my lug nuts fell off and I almost lost my tire. I had to have it repaired in PA. When I called them to tell them what happened, not much happened. So I called the next day and spoke to the manager. He did not apologize, all he said was that they looked at the tape and it was not their fault. I asked whose fault it was then and he had no answer. They didn't offer anything to me. Not compensation, apology or any other explanation. I will not be returning to them for service in the future.
