Returnthe defects and once we receive it a Pay Pal notice will be issued forthe shipping cost to deliver the replacement to you. Once payment hasbeen received for the shipping charges, the replacement parts aredispatched to courier and on the way. This may not be practical as inmost cases, parts cannot be taken out of the vehicle leaving it immobileuntil replacement is received and installed.
APay Pal notice is sent for a deposit (this will vary since if only 1 of4 pieces is being returned, the deposit is proportionally less) - Thereplacement parts are then sent - once we receive the defective partsback, we process the warranty exchange and refund the deposit in itsentirety less shipping costs incurred.

Warranty Legal Terminology and Agreement
Thank you for your purchase and use of the products and services of In Massa Bronzo Inc dba ZZ Auto Parts (the "ZZ Auto Parts").
ThisLimited Lifetime Warranty (the "Warranty") applies to physical goods,and only for physical goods, purchased from ZZ Auto Parts (the "PhysicalGoods").
What does this Warranty cover?
This Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
Duringthe Warranty Period, ZZ Auto Parts will repair or replace, at nocharge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because ofimproper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
This Warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.
What will we do to correct problems?
ZZ Auto Parts will either, at no charge repair or replace, at no charge,products or parts of a product that proves defective because of impropermaterial or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance, using newreplacement parts, or exchange the Product with a new Product.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from ZZ Auto Parts is Lifetime Years from the date of purchase.
Areplacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of theoriginal Physical Good or Lifetime Years from the date of replacementor repair, whichever is longer.
What does this Warranty not cover?
This Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from negligence, improper maintenance or modification
damaged or destroyed by natural causes including but not limited to lightning, flood, or other natural disaster
theft or loss of the Physical Goods
ThisWarranty does not cover any shipping charges, handling charges, giftwrap fees or taxes. You are responsible for and must prepay all shippingcharges.
You shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the Physical Good while in transit to ZZ Auto Parts
This Warranty is void if the Physical Goods are returned with removed, damaged or tampered labels or any alterations.
What do you have to do?
Toobtain warranty service, you must obtain a Return MerchantAuthorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return a productby contacting us.
Deliver the Physical Goods, in either itsoriginal packaging or packaging providing an equal degree of protection,including any accessories or documents that shipped with the PhysicalGoods to the address specified by ZZ Auto Parts

Yourparts are covered by warranty for the lifetime of the vehicle and if itis due to manufacturer defect realized during normal vehicle operationsunder safety board's published standards.
Pleaseprovide full answers to all of the questions requested in order toassist you in the most efficient manner in a time frame that allowsrefund to be issued. (30 days from purchase date) - failure to do sowill result in delayed response and in some cases in which we determineenough information is not provided, your request will be set aside untilwhich time we can receive and verify your information and the answersreturned by the customer.

Somestates do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental orconsequential damages, or allow limitations on how long an impliedwarranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply toyou. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may alsohave other rights that vary by state to state. If this warranty isin part or in entirety in conflict and/or in any way is not in-line withlaws of said locality at time of purchase, no warranty is offered orimplied to the sale and/or use of Physical Goods. It is YOURresponsibility to know the limitations and rule of laws governing yourlocality at time of purchase and use of such Physical Goods.
