Was quoted $54.00 to replace a sensor on my car. When we picked up the car we were billed over $600.00 to replace the part! When I questioned the bill I was told “that’s what the book says to bill” when questioned further the service manager said “we bill what the book says, if our mechanic is GOOD AT HISJOB” we still bill what the book says!!Review from Hurlow R

I bought a 2018 CTS from this dealer. I had noticed 2 hours later after driving off the lot that the vehicle had issues. Since that first day the cars been in the shop several times. Today my car was hit than they tried to hide it by buffing the whole car to then only see it had been buffed improperly to the point that a majority of my CTS is full of scratches. They took my loaner back and left me with an option to leave my car or take it. I chose to leave it and now am without a vehicle. I’m a young guy that was proud to buy my first luxury vehicle on my own. I now feel robbed and taken little notice to in the service shop.
