Worst service and false advertising dealer. I was told a vehicle was one price and then they changed it to a higher one. I filled out a credit app and all documents on vehicle, and almost put a non refundable $2,500 deposit per Scott Goldwater. I was sent a text by Scott that there was a mistake and Vehicle had a higher price then first advertise. Scott Goldwater refused to grant me the original ad price that we had agreed to initially, he stated it was their mistake but couldn't loose money. This dealer has a history per the reviews on changing up prices at last minute.

I’ve used them for 15 years. In the last two years they’ve sunk to a level I can’t even begin to describe. They’ve had 4 service managers quit in the last 6 months and innumerable service reps. There’s no one reliable to get satisfaction from. They’ve had my car for 8 months, have called me twice to pick it up and haven’t been able to find it, returned it once with a major problem caused by them that took 4 months to get a new part for, dropped it at my house twice, once with a dead battery and once with a slow leak. I have literally paid 120% of the KBB value of the car this year to try to resolve this (plus towing fees). This isn’t a pandemic problem, this is gross incompetence and negligence. They don’t return my calls, dont keep their word, lie, and when I call tell me no one responsible can talk to me because everyone I want to talk to has quit. In my long experience of buying cars, I’ve found that if you can’t get good service, don’t buy it. So don’t purchase a Porsche in Northern Virginia unless you’re going to HBL. Buyer beware. I would like someone in management or ownership of this company to contact me…but they won’t. I don’t make these claims lightly. These guys are horrible and they acknowledge it with a laugh because they just don’t care. Buy a Mercedes or a Tesla.

I have owned European performance cars for 45 years, and Porsche of Arlington is the most dishonest auto dealer I have ever encountered. I used to enjoy visiting this dealer, but wow, have they changed. I took my Porsche to them for a minor repair. While they diagnosed the problem and replaced the $30 part, and charged me over $200. The work performed was a typical and common clutch/ignition interface switch replacement. My car is typically serviced by a one-man repair shop in Alexandria, VA who provides excellent service at the fairest price. I only use the dealer when a proprietary part is required, such as a new electronic key, which is why I had taken my car to the dealer in the first place. The problem arises with the list of "needed" work they gave me. They gave me a write-up of what my car "needed". Their estimate was over $16,000! Everything on the $16,000 list was bogus. All the itemized work had been accomplished already and at the highest level of quality. The car is almost perfect. The Porsche of Arlington folks are not honest, their work is grossly over-priced, and at best, they are a necessary evil for proprietary parts. Avoid them at all cost.
