            I had a very poor experience with AutoNation. I had a blue tooth issue with my highlander and they had me bring it to them 4 times and never resolved the problems. Each time we had to wait 3-4 hrs even when we had a scheduled time. This is been a very different experience than I've been used to with ******.Update 12/9 - I'm not sure who is posting this message below but I've had contact with the ** this week and I haven't had an answer on why the wait is so long with an appointment, why I had to go back 4 times without a solution, and most importantly why the dealership never took responsibility for my issue. This message really seems like a cover up.Update 1/12 - ******************************* (Service Manager) and ***************************** (General Manager) called me because of this post. They then brought me in again and then told me it was Apple's fault though the Entune system has class action lawsuits against it (https://***************.com/lawsuit-settlements/consumer-products/***************************************************************************************/). They couldn't provide proof and told me that the "regional technician" doesn't talk to customers. Besides another 40 min. wait to check in despite an appointment, these guys didn't even wash my car on the way out. Totally unlike any other ****** dealership I've ever been to.

            AutoNation (AN) Honda Dulles has never fixed the defect headlight. Unreliable, irresponsible, untrusty, extremely poor customer services Sunday, April 02, 2023: My wife and I spent the whole afternoon signing and buying a Honda Passport. The dealer found out the Passport was unsaleable, due to the recent recall, although it had been advertised on CarFax Saturday, May 13: Again, my wife and I spent the whole afternoon at the dealership to buy a different 2020 Honda Passport Touring. The Passport was NOT ready for delivery until Monday afternoon. Wednesday, May 17: We picked up the Passport, even though the dealer promised delivery on Monday, May 15, though it was not available for delivery until Tuesday, 12:30 PM. Saturday, May 20: NO responses in two days from AutoNation Honda Dulles after two phone calls, one voice message, three emails, and one chat. The dealer responded they would work on fixing the Left Headlight with water condensation. Friday, May 26: The dealer said our Passport under 36 month warranty, and our local Honda dealer would fix the headlight for us. Saturday, May 27: Our local Honda dealer said AutoNation had to fix the headlight. Do NOT advertise and sell your vehicles, when they are NOT ready for delivery and free of repair. AutoNation Honda Dulles deposited our 50%+ down payment check very quickly. However, all of its services and responses have been extremely slow (up to one week). We are extremely frustrated and never wish to come back to this dealer. We wish no buyers ever would have experienced as we did at this dealer. Extremely poor services. Never recommended this dealer.
