    I purchased a new 2021 Ford ***** on February 21st, 2022 (Presidents Day). To this date, April 4th, 2022 I am still waiting on the $4K plus check that was due to me from my trade in. From the beginning, Chris the finance guy is completely incompetent and I am wondering if he is stealing money. I was approved for the zero percent for 60 months deal yet when I sat with Chris, he had already run my credit for other banks. So my credit took a hit for it getting run twice in one day. Then, he didn't even know your dealership was running a special deal. He had to go ask someone. Then he registered my vehicle in the wrong county. Chris told me that it may take up to a week for the payoff of my ***** to go through and then another week or two for my $4K to be ready. "We will call you as soon as your check is ready and we can mail it or you can come get it." Fast forward two weeks and I am calling Chris, leaving a voice mail because the payoff for my ***** was never sent. In the voice mail, I told him my bank still shows no payment and another monthly payment was coming up. Also can you let me know the status of my $4k. I got no phone call back from Chris, but noticed the very next day, my bank received the payoff (March 4th, 2022). A few weeks goes (3) by and still no phone call for me to get my $4K. So, I call you all, no answer on Chris's phone, I leave a voicemail, no call back the next day or two. I call you all again, no answer on Chris's phone, so I ask to speak to someone else who ensured me that they would leave a note for Chris, he would be in by 2pm the next day and would return my call. That day came and went with no phone call. So, I drive to your dealership and speak with John the sales manager who ensures me this will get fixed. Guess what, NOPE. A few more days go by, I call my bank and they tell me that they have been calling the dealership for a week to find out who to release the $4k to but have had no

    Sent a letter to Jerry's Ford Jan. 29, 2023 with regard to non disclosure and documentation of transmission related repairs done to my 17 Ford Edge prior to selling it to me in Sept. 2022 w/ 40,800 miles. No Carfax, no dealer repair report. Was provided a Carfax on Oct. 3 after speaking w/ the finance specialist about the lack of information provided at the time of purchase, and concerns about my registration not being filed. Report showed a clean Carfax. I stated concerns regarding the transmission due to unusual gear shifting and told to make an appt. On Oct. 4 ,I called Jerry's to make an appt. Was told no transmission related appts. were available until Nov. 18th. Attempted to get my car seen within two weeks of purchase. by another Ford Dealer, but unable to do so. Brought the car in, for the Nov., appt. Later contacted on 1/20/23 and told I may need a new transmission, but would have to bring the car back on Jan. 16, 2023. No transmission appointments available until that date. Contacted on the 20th and told I needed a new transmission. I called Ford Motor Co and they reported transmission related repairs completed in Aug. and early Sept. 2022 (prior to purchase). I then purchased my own Carfax report, still no record of repairs from the dealership in Aug and Sept. reported even though Ford Motor Co. had a complete report. Contacted a mechanic to review the reports I received from Ford. The repairs in Aug and Sept. were significant. Sent a letter via email to Sales Mgr. A. Virk, General Mgr, B. Harned, and Finance Specialist, C. Hunter with detailed dates events and report from Ford. None of them have acknowledged my letter. Called their offices on Feb. 3 and 5th checking on receipt of my email, if we could meet to discuss. Left messages for all - no one has responded. Just been ignored. Ford said it is up to the dealership to resolve this matter. So disappointed that deceptive practices still exist. Debra L***
