              Infiniti of Ardmore told me my engine was seized and I had to have it replaced. They quoted me $14,898 for a new one. I had it towed to a different mechanic who said that didn’t make sense. The new mechanic replaced my AC Compressor, a tightener, and a belt for $2,200. The car is back to normal.

              We did diagnose the vehicle for repairs needed. Our Master Tech said that the crank shaft was locked up therefore needing an engine to correctly repair the vehicle. We charged $238.50 for the diagnosis and the customer took the vehicle. If the customer can show proof that an engine was not needed, I would gladly refund the diag fee.

              Infiniti of Ardmore is not a good place to conduct business at. I was paying extra for extended warranty and I provided them with receipts of the oil change. I am having engine problems and they requested complete service receipts since the ownership of the vehicle. I have been taking it to a shop and they had all the paperwork receipts. The general manager Nick stated that the paperwork was plagiarized and he is not a good manager. Very rude and egotistical.

              I took my car to their Service Center to check what was going on with it after seeing smoke coming from the hood. The mechanic guy ran his diagnostic test and sent me the report on my phone. I accepted some of his reports and declined a few of them that weren't either a priority or a major problem with my car and submitted it back to him with my signature and consent to repair my car. He repaired my car and called me to tell me that my car has been fixed, it can start and ready for pickup. I told him I was going to pick up my car in two days’ time. To my surprise, a day after and while I was in the process of coming to the service center to pay for the charges due and pick up my car, the same guy called me to tell me that my car had an engine problem and needed a new engine. I was confused and was wondering what he did to my car engine. Because the diagnostic test didn't include anything that has to do with an engine problem or replacing the engine. So, I disagreed with him and told him that he did something to my car engine. Then he sent me another diagnostic report, which included replacing the engine. I read the report and declined it. After that, I went to the service center to check on my car to do a test drive to know what’s going on, but the guy and the service center manager refused to allow me to do a test drive on my car before making payment. They insisted that I pay the amount due before I could get into my car to test drive it. I refused because it’s illegal to refuse a person to check the quality of service a service center has performed and completed on their property before making payment. The service center manager, and his subordinates refused for me to do a test drive on my car to check the quality of service performed on it and check the engine performance before making payment because they have damaged my car engine.

              THESE PEOPLE SHOULD BE SUED. IT IS DISGUSTING HOW THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT TREATS PEOPLE AND THEIR BRAND NEW VEHICLES. Years ago I leased a brand new Q50. Two weeks later I had an appt to instal lights under the car. I was told it would take a few hours. When a few hours passed I was told it would take a couple more hours, then a couple more hours. It took about 8 hours. Once I got my car YOU WOULD NOT BELIEVE HOW NEGLIGENTLY THEY DESTROYED THE INTERIOR OF MY BRAND NEW CAR. It still makes me furious to think about it. 1. My glove box was literally hanging down to the floor barely attached at one corner. 2. The plastic molding next to the seats around the door frame wasnt put back on all the way. 3. There was white reside all over the inside of my windows. 4. THE WORST PART they destroyed my light tan leather seats. There was black dirt all over my seats. Imagine someone rolling around in dirt and then rubbing their backs on your sears. You would not believe how badly stained and dark my seats were. These people are lucky I was so calm and didn't turn that whole place upside down. How do you destroy the interior like this of a brand new car? It's as if they did it on purpose because I can't imagine how this could have possibly been an accident. You're lucky I didn't take video and blast you all over social media. One employee came out and basically bashed my glove box in place, walked by me and didnt even say a word. Do these people not have a single brain cell that would make them think to put a protective seat cover on? Seriously imagine someone rubbing dirt on your seats and thats what it looked like. Mike, i think his name was the service manager came out and scrubbed my seats but they never looked or felt new again. Absolutely disgusting service. I sent out a mass email to every infiniti email I could find and someone got back to me. They said they reached out to Ardmore and Ardmore said they had no idea what I was talking about. Of course they didn't. I should have filed a police report. Maybe then it would jog your memory.
