My 2018 ** ***** has been at the Fairfield ********** dealership in Montoursville, PA for the past 9 months and counting. It needed a low pressure fuel pump back in May of 2022, which was on back order for about 2 months before that was fixed. Once they fixed that, the fuel injector went bad. They waited several weeks for that part which they then fixed, but then the fuel gage on the systems cluster panel stopped working. I have been waiting for that for over 4 months, and keep getting the run around as to when that will be released. I have been paying on my car for the past 9 months for a car I don't even have. I have been more than patient given the circumstances, but Im fed up. No one at volkswagon had reached out until I went to extensive lengths online to get notice. Even after that fact, they refused to be at fault since the vehicle is out of warranty and they are only offering $21,500 for a trade in value. A congruent vehicle is currently $55,000. My current loaner is half the size of my ***** and does not fit my entire family comfortably which is why I needed a bigger car to begin with. They have several ****** on the lot, but refuse to allow me to use one as a loaner car. The release date of the part just got pushed back for a 5th time. This was all because they caused an issue fixing the previous issue, so due to it being their fault they have had my car for almost an entire year, the least they can do is loan out a congruent sized vehicle. Their customer service is horrible.
