      I have a 2015 ********** ***** and my EPC light has been coming on since August 2021. I initially took my car to Autohaus Lancaster on August 23, 2021. They did a full diagnostic of my car which cost me $120 and they explained I needed a software update. I approved of this service and my *** light did not come back on, until mid-September. On October 16, I had my vehicle rediagnosed and this time, I needed a new fuel pump. I approved of this service and paid $625 on November 6. Towards the end of November, my EPC light came on again. I took it to Autohaus once again, they ran another diagnostic, and this time I need sparkplugs. I reluctantly approved of this service and on December 3, I had 4 new sparkplugs installed for $108. Today is December 15, 2021, and my EPC light has come on again. This is a never-ending and expensive battle that I have been facing for 4 months that still has not been resolved. This issue involves my safety because my vehicle shakes very rough when the EPC light comes on and on multiple occasions, I've had to pull over and restart my car. I need answers as to why Autohaus cannot properly diagnose my car and do correct repairs on my vehicle. Since August, I have spent $853 in repairs and nothing has been fixed! I cannot understand why Autohaus cannot take responsibility for misdiagnosing my vehicle and will not compensate me in some way for wrongdoings on their part.

      Horrible!!! I was told if I show up we have an agreement to purchase the car at full price. I was also told that I didn’t have to put any deposit down since we had an agreement. The sales director Wray B******** put his most junior guy on the sale which was Troy B******** , sound familiar? Anyways, I asked Troy what time do you open, he said, “ 9 am”. I said, “ I’ll be there at 9am”. I had a car reserved and was planning on driving 2 hours 15 min early in the morning to show up at 8:45 am. I had a flight into DCA and when I landed, got a text from Troy stating that another customer traded his other 308 which had more miles on the vehicle and put a deposit down on the car and it was sold. Wow, !! Buyer beware….. I emailed the GM, Joe D**** and he gave me a canned response that Troy is fairly new at the sales position and sorry for the misunderstanding. Troy also texted me that he was “ only doing his job”, that’s funny, if he would have been doing his job, then I would have put a deposit on the vehicle when I asked him. Either way, my fault for taking his word over sound judgement. They don’t make them like they used too. What a shame!!!! Don’t use these cracker-heads. Never got a personal call from the Troy or the GM or the sales director to own up and be a man to take responsibility for the screw up. Let alone, the owner who was the car they were selling. Wouldn’t surprise me if he authorized the sale. That would be Tom W******
