For some reason my post doesn't go through google either because they reported me to remove my post. It could be google or the company not letting me post. Very dishonest. I don't recommended this service if you're are dealing with COPD, Asthma or any other health conditions you have that can be made worse due to indoor air pollution. A good portion of that dust spread into our living space while they were cleaning. The portable machine they used was not under negative pressure as they claim. The big tubing they use to insert into your ducts didn't looked air sealed correctly to the portable machine they used. If it isn't sealed, you can claim all you want about HEPA grade equipment, but all that dust isn't being captured and spreading in the living space where you breathe. Making sure it is sealed at the filter and duct and to cover other registers is as equally important as using HEPA grade filters. Which they didn't do because I could see the dust (and smell) in our living space going around the house, so clearly it was not under negative pressure. Just because you have a machine that can do it doesn't mean they're using the machine correctly. They are a quick and go kind of service, not saying that left quickly because it takes awhile, but they want to finish and get the job done and not take precautions. I believe this an issue with the business "Duct Doctors USA Of DMV" and not the entirely the employees. They don't force standards onto their employees meaning poor executed work is done and no precautions for the employee or customers. Their employee don't wear any sort of protection which I think is crazy because indoor air pollution causes health problems. The purpose of the cleaning is to make sure you don't breathe in what's in the ducts! So if you want someone to spread a high concentration of pollution into your breathing space and have your ducts cleaned then be my guest!
