            ReBath Home Improvement Company installed a tub-shower combination March-April 2021. Upon completion of the project I found that my water pressure appeared low, i.e. the flow of water was inadequate. I contacted my water provider, ******************.  Investigation of my complaint, concern, proved that the pressure was correct. ReBath installed a type switch or lever to allow me to reduce the force to a trickle. It was not the desired solution. A showerhead replacement followed. This intensified the power of the flow. I was not able to achieve the desired water temperature coupled with the desired volume. there is no choice, to control the water volume indepently from the temperature is not possible. My old fixture, removed by ReBath functioned as it should. At no time was I made aware that such a valve fixture exists, let alone this sub-standard object would be installed in my home. Never would I have approved. The decision should have been up to me. I spoke with company reps, my last telephone call attempt was March 29, 22. I mailed a certified letter 3/18/22,i am requesting BBB's assistance in resolving my problem. .
