In April 2022, E & S Heating in Ladysmith provided me with a quote on replacing my home heating system. In June 2022, I paid 40% as a down payment, and that’s when delays started. It took me numerous phone calls and emails to finally get the system installed on May 4, 2023. The installation went ok. Following the installation, I received two incorrect invoices. I chose E & S Heating from a list of companies registered with the CleanBC Income Qualified Program.
As of February 20, 2024, E & S is still unable to provide me with a correct invoice. My emails and repeated phone calls are continuously ignored. The delay in receiving their final invoice is causing us hardship. As a low income retires, we are pre-approved for the Federal grant, which we can’t receive without the invoice. Be aware of the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered.
