    http://www.drapervapor.com/refund-policy/ I went in today to get a disposable vape I’ve used for years and left realizing the coil was burnt. This can happen with this product, which I understand, which is why every other vape shop in the valley tells you to test it out before you leave. I went to the parking lot, waited a few minutes (which also isn’t needed to tell the difference between one that needs charged and one that is defective). When I went back in, Taylor refused to exchange it for the exact same product. The policy on their website states clearly that it can be exchanged for the same product, if defective. She refused to get in contact with a Manager, told me that it was “user error”, treating me terribly, and all I was asking for is the product I purchased. They do not honor their own outlined policy, had no problem taking my money, and refused to exchange for the same product, honoring their own policy.

    ****** the manager creates a hostile environment and sends threatening text messages to her employees. She refuses to give my brother in law the owner info to obtain check stubs or to discuss the manner of her discriminating and or treating him in a unprofessional manner. She gets high at the establishment and offers it to her current employees.
