My rating is solely based on their istallation practices. I give them a one star because there is no lower option. I have lived at my residence for 23 years. No one ever dug in the easement. I had a $1000 gravel installation fall of 2022. It looked so clean and I had no weeds summer of 2023. Connext dug it up in 5 places fall of 2023.The gravel is now full of dirt. I'm left with the daunting task of trying to clean it,so as not to have weeds next summer. My sidewalk and curb were also left dirty. They worked in the dark with flashlights. I was told they should leave your property as they found it. That was certainly not the case.They knocked on my door today wanting to dig in the backyard. My husband told them no. They claimed it was utility work but would never specify which utility. I think they are intimidating people into thinking they have to let them dig on personal property. I walk my dog about a mile a day and the whole neighborhood is swarming with their crews. It looks like they leave a mess everywhere they go. I am totally disgusted with this company. They should be paying more attention to how their installation process is going. I guess it all comes down to quantity over quality and the all mighty dollar.

My first impression is not good. We had a worker say they needed access to the pole in my backyard. Next thing we know they are digging without telling us. We did not even know who they were or what company until I called the mayor. He said they are supposed to notify the residence before they do any work. They have had lines hanging in my back yard for hours without any notice they are doing any work. They have knocked the tops off my fence posts several times without say a word about it. Not very professional and quite frustrating.

This company is garbage. Not once have they sent me any notice that work would be done on my yard. They have let their technicians spray paint all over my driveway, causing permanent damage. They trampled through my garden bed and spray painted all over my delicate plants that have taken years to develop, causing permanent damage. Literally stomped most of my plants to death and then spray painted their remains. They have ripped out of one of my bushes, meaning it will now die and need to be replaced. And because they have ripped out my bushes, it means they most likely broken my sprinkler system right by it, which will cost thousands of dollars and a lot more destruction to replace. And to top it off, every day they have been out they have left garbage everywhere, including a giant heavy tub of rocks, on my property. Yes, I am aware of the concept of easement and needing to perform work, but they have caused outright serious damage to my property and I am most likely going to have to take them to court to for damages. If this is how they treat people's yards, I can't imagine how badly they treat their customers.
