Crooks, ******************** They Operate Illegally under many different alias's.*****************************, Won't even let you know what his last name is. He's given other companies such as P*** ***** *****, (a phone # he called from to threaten to *** me for a place I never wanted to be in.) A bad reputation because of misrepresenting himself. Not to mention all the expired LLC's that he has properties that he is profiting off of while evading taxes.My House caught on fire. He was one of the first people that showed up and made everyone believe he was with the insurance company. When I asked them to drop the paperwork to my insurance, while in the hospital. he pretended to just be extra helpful by bringing it to me ..They made me believe I had no other options. They just wanted to take advantage of my insurance.. Low and behold he is linked to my insurance adjuster for travelers insurance ********************* which also owns a construction Company & many other titles. But when I find out.. Boom I have to start over with a new pretend adjuster/ Construction Owner in Texas *************************, but he's a travelers insurance agent in NY ( same guy) Yanked around by greedy fools. Placed me in overpriced vacation Rentals he owned or profited off of. They all all linked to make money on us poor dumb saps which is a conflict of interest, an not actually Legal. It would be over a year before my home was built , yet took it upon himself to place me my 9 year old special need son and rest of my family in 2 different furnished Condos. & these insurance guys approved all of it.The first placement already had the owners belongings still in it, so I was more or less paying a boat load of money to house sit a place I did not want to be.is Not to mention our 12 year old dog, my sons social companion that made him able to do normal 9 year old things, did not make it out of the fire.. But The place they placed us in had a dog crate, dog bowls, a leash an collar hanging on the door.This was also located in an HOA from H*** Very traumatizing so then I was placed way out in the valley where their was a fire drill next to the condo they placed us in.. My 9 year old son and I almost burned to death.. You think if its Moab Property Management might know a little bit about **** & the services they are providing.. Then right at Jeep Safari, When I should be back at work. We are removed & put in a Hotel, so they can make weekly tourism profits when they where & now they have monopolized the market illegally, I couldn't even just find my own property to rent because he is also connected to zoom, Zumper (which is where they illegally took my info from try to *** me for a hot tub they never maintained and I got to use, but took a picture) & all the other places I applied for. My home was over **** square feet, not including the garage and cellar, it had my business in it, rental rooms, and a giant place for my family and all the neighborhood kids to play. My garden my livel.This company is quite more than just a ponzi scheme.. Now I'm homeless paying a $2500 a month mortgage. My Life is in upside down . All for some greedy little nobody, pretending to be somebody. Greed is an ugliness I will not soon be getting over.I think after my life upside down, one good turn deserves another. Moab Property Management isn't the only name ***************************** is name is s******* over.NO STARS and they will just change the name after they ruin the rep of the old name. ***************************** will start it all over again..
