    Denials Management has been an absolute godsend! Our medical insurance company was denying "medically necessary" care for our daughter which was clearly covered by our plan. To provide her with the care she needed we had to go out of pocket for hundreds of thousands of dollars. As you can imagine this was a financial burden to us but it was necessary for our daughters care. When we would call the insurance company to try to talk to them about our plan and the denials we were getting we got absolutely nowhere. We needed help and thankfully found Denials Management! Their rates were reasonable and fair and they prepared an incredible appeal to the insurance company. These appeals are very technical and lengthy and one truly needs an expert to prepare them. When the insurance company did not respond to the appeal in a timely fashion Denials Mgt. knew to file a complaint with the ***********. and to forward them the appeal. This resulted in the *********** overturning the insurance company's denial of all of our claims. We never would have received covereage for these services had Denials Mgt. not been involved. Throughout the entire appeal process their staff and President were extremely professional, responsive and supportive. We feel very fortunate to have used them and highly recommend them to others!
