They informed me that someone came out on Oct 29th and sprayed or yard. I was home working from my desk that over looks my yard and there was no one on my camera's. No one sprayed or came out. No notice on my door. They charged me for services that were never received ******. This is fraud on their end and I want a refund.

We have attempted to contact you via email, text, and phone call since you questioned the service that was performed in October. ************** uploaded a time-stamped picture of the backyard of the property showing that he was there in October. We have applied a coupon to your account for the service. You do not have to pay for the service rendered in October of 2021. They refuse to allow me to set appointments. They come when we are not home usually or we are having an event and dont want a guy spraying on guests. Ive called several times and spoken to a supervisor who ensures they wont come unannounced - now they call as they are driving up the street. Trying to cancel is a joke. There is no spot on their website to cancel. I have emailed and called and not heard back. Today the representative told me she "didnt have the authority" to cancel and someone would call back. Not cool. Ive had them a year and just want to cancel. It is almost impossible to cancel. Zero stars.Review from AC

I can corroborate the other reviewer's comments that it is extremely difficult to deactivate an account once you set up regular service. I emailed four separate requests to different representatives to cancel my ongoing service, since I could rarely set up a time for service when I was actually home and could see what the technicians were doing. I got responses to all of my emails that ignored my request and insisted that I have a phone call with sales to discuss. No explanation of how to cancel, which is impossible on their customer web portal.
