Bought 2 bikes the FSE190 and the FSE110 there both suppose to be red frames but i guess they went away with that so they only had black frames at the same price lame they should have took it off the site and showed the black framed one. Problems with the 190 right away I was only able to shift into first and second on my first day of riding. emailed usa motortoys and lead mechanic Gary assured me that what I thought that was wrong with it was not the problem then I challenged his opinion then he said open it up and take pictures so i did. Sure enough i was right the paw selector guard was not there then they send me one out right away which is only right. then i go and ask about my sons 110 shift was very difficult and i believe it to be the forks that being a little off and not catching. lead mechanic Gary then states that its like that I then was able to negotiate if i was able to send it in so they can take a look at it he said yes but when i sourced out the shipping cost from california to utah it was like 350. so i called and spoke to another rep there and he said that they could get me a shipping label and i can drop it off at fedex after speaking to Gary first. Was finally able to get IN contact with Gary and he said yes but never emailed me the shipping label. This has been a very very long process just to get a working dirt bike that is functional. Hope people that is doing research on this company will not make the same mistakes as I and spend your money elsewhere.
