Disclosure: I did not use the company, and they may perform excellent mortgage work. My complaint is solely about unwanted contact after having previously requested they no longer contact me again.I had been solicited by an individual at this company in March 2021 using a gmail address "dfsloan(name)" at gmail. Despite using a gmail email, they had included their company email address in the body of the email. I had already refinanced almost a year previous and did not want their services, so I responded and asked to be removed from her email list and not to contact me again. I then blocked the email address used in March 2021. That should have been the end. However, I just received an email today from the actual company email address (@ dfsloan) with a comment that she had spoken in the past and I should check out what she can do for me, et cetera. Clearly a canned, mass email. I don't appreciate that my contact info was shared between different emails. I had already requested to be removed from their contact list, and I had blocked the email previously used. My name was clearly not removed, and she used a different email to circumvent the fact that I had blocked the previous one.Their mortgage services may be great, but I can't recommend them given some spammy/less than ideal business practices.

We Sincerely apologize for this. If you can please provide me with the Loan Officer whose email that came from (name)@dfsloan.com I will make sure this email address gets removed from their campaign.

**** just helped through refinancing our mortgage for the second time. Both times he did a fantastic job of helping us get everything lined up to make it happen, and the loans went through smoothly. I couldn't be more pleased with his work. I know he has also helped several other of my family members and all have been extremely happy with his services. I give him my unconditional recommendation for any mortgage related services you might need.
